"The School Ballot Issue"

The school ballot had two questions:
  1. Shall the School District issue build a new high school?

  2. Shall the School District raise taxes to pay for it?

And what do you think was the outcome of that election?

Of course.  The voting public gave the school district the following mandate:
  • YES, build the new high school.

  • NO, do not levy taxes to pay for it.

Daah!
What did you expect!!!!

Who would not like to buy a nice new house
... and not have any mortgage payments!!!

Checkmate!
Like the dog who chases a car and catches it .... now what!!!!

Aren't you glad you were not on that school board!
(I wonder how they ever got out of their mess!)
